都说就业难,可究竟难在哪里?要回答这个问题,就不得不牵扯到我国庞大的人口数目。首先,在经济科技并行高速发展的今天,工业自动化日趋成熟,手工生产已在很大程度上被机械生产取代,这样就减少了一大批劳动力的市场需要。而目前的现状是,受高等教育的人才数目不断增长,文化教育的普及,以及全国范围内各大高等院校的扩招政策,更无形中加大了毕业生的就业压力。就以我的家乡新疆为例:据自治区办事处统计,20xx年,新疆维吾尔族自治区高校毕业生总数高达约5.8万人,比去年同期增加5000余人,是历来高校毕业人数最多的一年。根据以往数据显示,近五年来,我区毕业大学生人数不仅呈逐年递增状态,而且增幅也一年大于一年,尽管今年年初自治区人事工作会议已确保实现应届高校毕业生就业率不低于70%,但由于岗位数量确实有限,就业上岗前景仍不容乐观。我们再来看一组数据,20xx年新疆维吾尔族自治区参加高考报名的应届高中毕业生人数为168,000;而20xx年这一数字已扩大为20,000,并且预计明年的数字会更庞大。由此看来,在未来的几年之中,等待就业的人的数量还会有所飞跃。
从去年年底延续至今的经济危机也在很大程度上影响并加深了我国大学生就业难的问题。我们了解到,武汉大学校长顾海良代表对此非常关心:今年就业形势非常严峻。大学生的供给扩大了许多,而需求因为遭遇国际金融危机而严重紧缩,从目前的态势看,影响还没有见底,紧缩也没有到底,需求总量很不乐观。但是问题来了,总要想办法解决。如何切实解决就业难问题,如何根据自身实际水平择业就业,积极应对就业危机,从而转危为机,突破就业寒流,成了当今大学生关注最多的话题。
从去年底开始,从中央到地方,一系列促进就业政策陆续出台。20xx年中央下达的文件明确提出:对当前毕业生就业困难和工资下降等问题,各地区和有关部门要高度重视,采取有力措施,最大限度安排好就业,努力提高收入。今年2月发布的《国务院办公厅关于加强普通高等学校毕业生就业工作的通知》,提出一系列政策鼓励高校毕业生到城乡基层、中西部地区和中小企业就业,鼓励自主创业,鼓励骨干企业和科研项目单位吸纳高校毕业生就业。而去年11月政府公布的总额超过4万亿元的扩大内需、促进经济增长的刺激方案,更为促进就业打下强心针。除此之外,各地和有关部门已经做了大量的工作,开展高校毕业生就业服务系列活动、就业援助系列活动等,可以说,全国上下已形成了积极应对就业危机的态势,对于这一点,作为大学在读生的我们,还是可以看到一些希望的曙光的。所以,对于未来,不能灰心,不要丧气,切莫因为一时的阴霾,而拒绝前进的步伐,作为年轻而又充满朝气的我们,应该找到勇气去拨开乌云,重新看见绚烂的彩虹。
除了大学生就业过程中僧多粥少,人才的市场输出供过于求这一因素,造成大学生就业难的另一大原因莫过于眼高手低有业不就。据国内某大学最新统计数目显示,毕业生签约率比去年同期还高出0.7个百分点。其原因不过在于很多学生看到就业形势不好,不挑挑拣拣了。大,学生就业难中,有业不就是很突出的一个方面,很多人把就业目标锁定在国家机关、事业单位、大型国有企业和外企,而基层、中小企业、广大农村非常需要人才。没错,其实基层有着非常巨大的人才缺口,分布在各个领域,各个方面。而如今面临的现状是:走出校门的毕业生都幻想一步到位的理想境界,希望走出校园就马上坐进办公室,可现实就是现实,从我国目前的状况来看,绝大多数人还不能立刻做到这一点。这就要求我们大学生要理性对待就业难的局面,认清现实的发展方向,调试心理同时树立起自信心,相信我能行。从底层干起,积累工作经验,汲取实际操作中的不足与教训,不怕吃苦,不畏困难,为未来即将实现的梦想打下扎实的基础。
其次,危机面前心理调适非常重要。就像人生,有高潮也有低谷,这两年办事难,过两年会好转。我们现在面临的是全球性金融危机,作为个体,必然要付出代价,我们要尽量缓冲,能做多少先做多少,等经济复苏后再充分就业。
